This site is dedicated to Danny, a wonderful Sheltie I grew up with & Keeley, a Doxie/Terrier mix (rescue), MY very first dog. They both showed me the joy of pet ownership.
Purpose:
This site is designed to support pet owners who live in the High Desert (or anywhere else) by providing business, pet care, and municipal information. There are many of us who love their pets and want the best for them! Right now, the focus is primarily dogs and cats. It is my intent to expand to horses, fish, and reptiles as I continue. Please be patient. I work a full time job as well as handling this web site. Thank you for opening your heart and your home to God's wonderful animals.
About Me:
I work full time in the animal field and have created this site as a way to help bring people and pets together. My husband and I have a wonderful and loving German Shepherd. In addition, we adopted a Great Dane mix from the Animal Shelter. I love my furry "kids" and look forward to working on my newest dog's training, improving my German Shepherd's training, and growing a special relationship with both of my dogs! I have recently added a Bearded Dragon to our family. He is my first reptile and I'm learning a lot. Before he joined our family I did my research and spoke with people who know reptiles. Make sure you do the same when you are planning to bring a new pet home. Understand the animal's requirements, life expectancy, & needs BEFORE you bring it home.
